Designed by Biasol, Saluministi Docklands brings the spirit of Melbourne’s much-loved Italian paninoteca to a new setting. The fit-out reflects Saluministi’s Italian heritage and generous approach to hospitality, combining bold materiality, crafted details and a warm, characterful atmosphere. M.A.C Building Group delivered the commercial fit-out, translating the considered design into a highly detailed hospitality environment built for the energy of a busy food destination.
